Hello Malgosia Underwood! Glad to hear that you're liking the new ''Hidden membership'' feature :)
I would love to help you out with the free memberships. I'm wondering if you are aware of our ''Assign a plan for free'' feature that allows you to assign a membership to your clients without charging them?
Here is a quick guide on how to do this: https://help.fitune.io/en/articles/5557543-how-to-assign-a-membership-to-a-client
Does this work for what you're trying to accomplish?

Koen van den Heuvel: Hi, assigning membership for free (forgiving memberships) is what I have been doing as a temporary measure but it doesn't work the way I need it to work. It presents a few serious problems.
- When forgiving a membership I can only delay the payment not completely forgive it, and I can delay the payment for a maximum of 5 years. So the client still sees the charge coming, it sits there looking like they will have to pay it and 99% of my clients freak out and cancel it no matter how many times I explain.
- When they cancel it, it of course honours the full billing period access. So if I set it to 5 years delay payment, they continue to have that access and I can't do anything about it from my end (without contacting you).
- When they cancel their paid membership (which is what makes them eligible for the free add-on membership), again, they continue to have access to the free one even for up to 5 years, and once again I can't do anything about it from my end.
- If I set the payment delay to a short period (for example one month) then I need to remember for all those eligible clients to keep manually renewing it.
I'm planning on using promo codes and give them 100% discount for the add on membership, but then promo codes are currently risky because at the moment you can't specify what they can use the discount for, they could use it for any of my subscription packages.
(Additionally, just as a side note, I don't think I can use the promo codes on pay as you go or one time plans for some reason...) Thank you! M x
