With Fitune's tax support, you can now effortlessly charge your clients every time they make a purchase, ensuring seamless transactions while staying compliant with tax regulations.
Streamlined tax management:

    : Create and update tax rates as needed, ensuring that your tax settings are always up-to-date and in line with your business requirements.

    Transparent pricing
    : When your taxes are set up, you and your clients will have a breakdown of each purchase. They will see not only the amount to be paid but also specifics such as the subtotal, discounts, and tax rates.
  • 🔄
    Flexible tax options
    : Choose between inclusive or exclusive tax rates, providing clarity in pricing and meeting tax compliance needs.
Things to know:
  • You can create multiple tax rates, but
    only the one set up as the default will be charged for every purchase made
    from the admin or the website.
  • Tax breakdown can be found on every invoice's details page.
  • Tax rates can be inclusive or exclusive
    . In a nutshell,
    inclusive
    means that the product/service price
    includes
    the tax rate in the original price. And
    exclusive
    , means the rate
    doesn't include
    in the original price, so it's added to it.
  • Once you create a tax rate, you can only edit its name, not the rate, nor its type (inclusive or exclusive).
  • If you want to stop charging taxes, you can archive all tax rates you've created.
  • Staff, such as Admin and Low-access, cannot configure taxes.
    Only the Owner can configure taxes
    . Configure taxes here. The Owner is the person who originally signed up for Fitune and has access to everything within the Fitune admin.
You can now see

has booked or canceled a client to a class, event, or appointment, or if they have manually added or canceled memberships to your clients,

This is visible in your Class bookings, Appointment reservations, and Packs & Memberships reports, as well as in the Client profiles > Bookings & Memberships' history.

    : When selecting the client you want to book the service for, a list of active memberships will be displayed. Quickly see if they have an applicable membership, need to purchase one, or want to buy a different one to book the service with.

    : Stay on the same page to buy a membership and book the service without hassle.
Extra Excitement
: This feature also works when booking clients for group classes, making the process even smoother. Please note, this feature is not available for event schedules as events are not included in memberships. Read more.

    Tap a time slot on your calendar
    to start scheduling.
  2. Select the schedule type
    and get redirected to the right flow to schedule your group class, event, or appointment.
The start date and time will be preset based on your slot selection
, reducing the time you spend scheduling your services. ⏰ Say goodbye to complex scheduling processes and hello to simplicity! 😉
Highlights:
  • In the Full Calendar tab, you need to select the schedule type (step 2), but if you create a schedule from the Class, Event, or Appointment tabs, Step 2 is unnecessary, so scheduling is even faster. 🤫
