👀 Decide who can see your Analytics & Reports 🚫✅

Tienes coaches, recepcionistas o asistentes que no necesitan ver tus ingresos, membresías activas o ventas? 💼 Ahora puedes elegir si quieres que ciertos miembros de tu staff vean (o no) las estadísticas y reportes de tu negocio.

✨ Por qué esto es útil para tu estudio?

Tú decides qué ve cada quién
– Da visibilidad de tus ingresos, reportes, y métricas del negocio a contadores o socios, pero oculta esta info a staff operativo.
Evita distracciones
– Los roles operativos pueden enfocarse en lo suyo sin ver datos que no son necesarios para ellos.

🔧 Cómo funciona

Ve a Configuraciones > Personal.
Edita al miembro del equipo, y ve a la pestaña de Permisos.
Enciende o apaga la 3era opción avanzada (
Mostrar páginas de Analítica
) y guarda tu cambio.

👉 Si lo desactivas, la persona no verá el Tablero, ni los reportes. Incluso, aunque haya guardado esos enlaces y acceda a ellos directamente, no podrá ver esas páginas (será dirigido a su página de inicio).

Este cambio fue solicitado por varios estudios y ahora está disponible para todos. Más seguridad, más tranquilidad. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Do you have coaches, front-desk staff, or assistants who don’t need to see your revenue, memberships, or sales? 💼 You can now choose whether certain staff members can (or can't) see your business Dashboard and reports.

✨ Why is this useful for your studio?

You decide who sees what
– Give visibility into your revenue, reports, and business metrics to accountants or partners, while hiding this info from operational staff.
Avoid distractions
– Operational roles can focus on their tasks without seeing data that’s not relevant to them.

🔧 How it works

Go to Settings > Staff.
Edit the team member and open the Permissions tab.
Toggle the 3rd advanced option (Show Analytics pages) on or off, then save.

👉 If turned off, the person won’t see the Dashboard or any reports. Even if they saved direct links to those pages, they won’t be able to view them and will be redirected to their homepage.

This change was requested by several studios and is now available to everyone. More security, more peace of mind. 🧘🏻‍♀️
