As of today, that's in the past. 😌 You can now set booking limits per day, week, and/or month on your unlimited memberships and packages to have more control over how your group classes are booked. 💪🏼🔥

- 🎉 Full control and fewer unnecessary cancellations- Set limits perday,weekormonth, using just one, two or all three depending on your studio's rules. You decide what level of control you need. With clear boundaries, you protect your studio and reduce last-minute cancellations.
- 💸 Increase your income by freeing up real places- When compulsive bookmakers stop blocking places, more real customers can book and attend. This improves the distribution of assistance and can increase your income.
- ⚡ Automatic locking and total clarity for your customers- When buying the membership or package, your customers will see from the start how many classes they can book. And when they reach their limit, Fitune will block new bookings and show them exactly when they can book again.
- 🦸🏻 Your staff has superpowers- If your team needs to make an exception, they can override the limit from the Admin. Fitune will notify them when the customer has reached the limit and the staff must confirm it. After confirming, Fitune will record who on your team did it and when, to maintain transparency and internal control.
✅ How do you set it up?
- Log in to your Fitune Admin and go to the tus membresías page.
- Edit an existing membership or create a new one.
- Look for the Group Class Booking Limitationssection
- Set the limits by day, week, or month.
- Save and you're done 🎉
😎 Fitune will automatically apply the limits to customers with those memberships or packages.
