    Your studio will always have the most up-to-date number
    — Every new booking automatically brings the customer's most recent phone number. This means that you can contact him instantly if there are changes, delays, questions, cancellations or emergencies. More order and less hassle.
  • ❗ If the number doesn't appear in Fitune
    — Don't worry. The customer probably doesn't have a number entered in the integration app (for example, in Wellhub it's optional) or hasn't updated it since their last reservation. 💬 This helps you identify who needs to update their information to be able to communicate with them without obstacles.
  • 🔁
    It is always updated from the integration app
    — The customer must update their number directly in Wellhub or TotalPass for Fitune to receive it. This way we ensure that the information you see on Fitune is always reliable and recent, without duplicate or outdated data.
⚠️ Keep in mind that if you update the customer number from Fitune, that update doesn't travel to the integration. If you see a profile without a number, you can recommend updating it in their Wellhub or TotalPass app. On your next booking, Fitune will bring it automatically.
