🇬🇧 We have heard a couple of times that some of you would like to add files. Some have mentioned adding files to specific videos or packs so we would like to understand your goals. 🚀 This request is to attach files to your client profiles though.

Hey Nicole Garcia! Thanks for requesting this. Let me understand how the dynamics is for you (so I can have that as context when developing this).
You share a form with them that they fill out, and then you keep that file stored somewhere, so you'd like to attach that form link to their profile and would also like your clients to see it?

but using your platform vs an outsourcing and then upload

Nicole Garcia: This is something you can do with your custom fields. You can go to clients > custom fields. Add the info you want to request (additional l to the ones your clients already provide (such as full name), configure them to be asked upon sign-up, and make specific ones required. So when your clients sign up, they fill out this information.

Ekaterina Pilsman: There's a workaround to this. You can use custom fields with the settings I show on the screenshot and add ithemt to your clients (whether that's the same for all or a different one), and you can advise your client to find it aont their profile page:

Malgosia Underwood and Nicole Garcia, do you usually scan those forms and upload them to the cloud?
Because in that case, I think what I suggested above can help. To use custom fields for the forms and attach the drive's link to each client.

Fernanda García: I don’t currently have a digital form but something that could be taken right from your website would be helpful vs having to use another platform to collect - like a customized or even basic “client intake” that yes can be shared to both parties
